Frequently Asked Questions

The Autoship Program is a service offered by MarkTen.com. You specify the product and flavor blends you want, the quantity and how frequently you want them delivered. We will automatically place and ship your order and charge your credit card on a recurring basis.

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Customers may only modify or cancel their order before 12:00 AM (ET) on the Processing Day. If an order is modified or cancelled on or after this time, the changes will not take effect until the next delivery cycle.

  1. Go to either Shop Cartridges or Shop Pods.
  2. Choose your flavor blends and quantity.
  3. At the bottom of your screen, switch the Autoship toggle to the “On” position.
  4. Choose how frequently you want this order delivered: every week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks, or 6 weeks.
  5. On the checkout page, read and agree to the Autoship Terms and Conditions.
  6. Complete payment on the order. Please note that credit and debit cards are the only payment method we currently accept for all orders.

Click the "My Account" icon, and sign in or create an account on MarkTen.com. Next, scroll over the "My Account" icon again and click on "My Account". Once your account information loads, you will see a menu. Click on the “Autoship Subscription” menu option. There you can see all of your Autoship details.

You can cancel your subscription by signing in to your account, and clicking the “stop” button at the top of the “Autoship Subscription” page. You can also contact our Customer Care team and tell them you want to cancel your subscription. Yes, you can add both MarkTen® Original cartridges and MarkTen® Elite pods to your Autoship subscription. Please note that you must meet the minimum quantity (3 cartridge packs or 3 pod packs) for each product line in your subscription.

If you wish to change your order frequency, you can do so in the “Autoship Subscription” section of “My Account.”

If you change your subscription on or after 12:00 AM (ET) on the day your next order is scheduled to be processed, those changes will not take effect until the following scheduled order.

Your credit card will be automatically charged on a recurring basis on the day that each Autoship Program order is being processed. Once you have successfully signed up for the Autoship Program, your first order will be processed by our processing department. Future orders are processed on the same day of the week that you placed your first order, according to your selected frequency of delivery, unless our processing department is closed. For example, if you place your initial order on a Monday, and request delivery every 3 weeks, then your next order will be processed on a Monday, 3 weeks later, unless our processing department is closed that day. If our processing department is closed, then your order will be processed—and your credit card (previously supplied) charged—on the next day that the processing department is open.

With MarkTen® e‑vapor’s Autoship Program, you can change the details of your standing order at any time. However, if you make changes to your standing order on or after 12:00 AM (ET) on the day your next order is scheduled to be processed, please note that your changes will not take effect until the following scheduled order.

You can update this information on your MarkTen® e‑vapor account simply and quickly. Sign in to your account on MarkTen.com. Go to “My Account.” Then click on “Personal Details.” Make any changes needed and save the changes.

Sign in to your MarkTen.com account, go to “My Account,” and click on “Autoship Subscription.” There, you will see an option to edit “My Billing Information.” You can choose which card you want to be the default card on your account, or you can add a new card. Make sure to hit “Save Changes,” after.

You can change your default credit card at any time. However, if you change it on or after 12:00 AM (ET) on the day your next order is scheduled to be processed, then your old default credit card will still be charged on that day. The changes you made to your billing information will take effect starting with the next scheduled order.
