We recognize that discontinuing these products will disappoint our customers. This decision is based upon the current and expected financial performance of these products, coupled with regulatory restrictions that burden our ability to quickly improve these products.

Returns/ Refunds

We will provide a refund of your purchase price for any MarkTen® product that does not meet your expectations, if you contact us within 6 months of your retail or e-commerce purchase and if the cartridge is not expired. Customers will need to provide proof of purchase and proof of age.

Please dispose of MarkTen® e-vapor devices, cartridges, pods, tanks, batteries and chargers responsibly. MarkTen® e-vapor devices contain a lithium-ion rechargeable battery. When discarded, it must be recycled properly in accordance with state or local requirements.

MarkTen® Original
MarkTen® Original devices and cartridges contain tobacco-derived nicotine, propylene glycol, and additional flavor ingredients.
Certain varieties also contain menthol glycerol, water, acetic acid, benzoic acid, and lactic acid.

MarkTen® Elite
MarkTen® Elite pods contain tobacco-derived nicotine, propylene glycol, glycerol, and flavors.
MarkTen® Elite Apple Cider also contains cinnamaldehyde. Cinnamaldehyde is the chemical compound that gives cinnamon its flavor and aroma.

Apex® by MarkTen®
Apex® by MarkTen® pre-filled tanks contain:
Smooth Cream® and Dark Original contain: Tobacco-derived nicotine, glycerol, propylene glycol and flavors.
Spiced Fruit, Piña Colada and Classic contain: Tobacco-derived nicotine, glycerol, propylene glycol, water and flavors.

  • WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical.

This product is intended for use by persons of legal age or older, and not by children, women who are pregnant or breast-feeding, or persons with or at risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or taking medicine for depression or asthma. Nicotine is addictive and habit forming, and it is very toxic by inhalation, in contact with the skin, or if swallowed. Nicotine can increase your heart rate and blood pressure and cause dizziness, nausea, and stomach pain. Inhalation of this product may aggravate existing respiratory conditions. Ingestion of the non-vaporized concentrated ingredients in the cartridges can be poisonous.
